- Total Compensation range depending on experience: $22 to $25 hourly, which includes a monetary incentive program to compensate for team performance
Your Day-to-day Will Include… Prepare vacant apartments for our next resident, which may include painting and general repairs; respond and resolve work orders; and support the day-to-day operations under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. This will include snow removal as needed.
You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday. Your start and end times will be determined based on your needs and the needs of the community. You will take turns responding to on-call emergencies with your co-workers. Each on-call rotation earns a weekly on-call stipend paid directly to you even if you’re not called to the property.

Specifically, our next Maintenance Technician: - Lives within the Metro-Denver area
- Brings basic apartment, home, facilities, hospitals, hotel, retail, or commercial real estate maintenance skills
- Has their own tools including a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded plyers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure
- Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, proof of current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
- Pre-employment Drug Screening : As part of our hiring process, we may require pre-employment drug testing. This is to ensure a safe and drug-free work environment for all employees. The drug test may involve screening for commonly abused substances, including but not limited to cocaine, amphetamines, opioids, and alcohol.
